Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers
Provide solutions and support in a high call volume environment
Maintain efficiency while multi-tasking in a fast-paced setting
Required Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Computer skills in a Windows-based environment
Typing speed of at least 25-30 words per minute
Ability to demonstrate integrity and a strong work ethic
Must pass a post-offer / pre-employment background check
