Colours, Inc. is looking to add a new counter customer service associate to our Franklin location. Our team provides outstanding service to our customers in store, by phone and processing orders via email. Ideal team player will have :

Daily responsibilities will include :
Greet and assist customers at the front counter or over the phoneProvide outstanding customer service and a great customer experienceEngage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and servicesProvide education on products, match color and mix paint to meet customer's specsHandle counter sales transactions, including processing payments and issuing receipts accuratelyCollaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operation of the counter areaMaintain stock in the warehouse, pull customer orders and fill-in as new stock arrives.Must be dependable, hard working and motivated TEAM Player.
Requirements :
Prior Automotive Paint Experience and / or the willingness to gain knowledge of product linesStrong sense of customer serviceExcellent organizational and time management skillsHigh school diplomaLift up to 50lbs
