Key Responsibilities for Service Team Members :

  • Deliver outstanding dining experiences to guests by greeting them warmly, serving food, and managing cash transactions.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and appealing presentation of the restaurant.
  • Adhere to operational standards and safety protocols to serve fresh and high-quality food.
  • Function efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, working various positions including front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily goals in a fun, positive setting.

    • Qualifications :

  • Friendly, helpful individuals who work well in teams.
  • Previous experience in operations is a bonus.
  • Some high school education is preferred.
  • Food Handler certification may be required based on local regulations (to be acquired at your own expense).

    • Work Environment :

    As a member of our service team, you will be working in a busy environment which may involve heat and steam from food preparation. You will generally be required to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work setting with changing priorities are essential for success.

    Compensation : The hourly pay range for this position is $18 to $21, and individual pay may vary based on factors like work location and experience.
