Responsibilities :

  • Leadership : Lead and supervise the parking lot striping crew, ensuring efficient project execution and high-quality workmanship.
  • Project Planning : Collaborate with project managers to plan and schedule parking lot striping projects, considering client requirements and project specifications.
  • Quality Control : Oversee the application of paint and other striping materials, ensuring precision and compliance with industry standards.
  • Equipment Management : Manage and maintain striping equipment, conducting regular inspections and coordinating maintenance as needed.
  • Safety : Enforce and promote a culture of safety, conducting regular safety meetings and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Communication : Effectively communicate with crew members, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Documentation : Maintain accurate records of project activities, including materials used, equipment operation, and any challenges encountered.

    • Requirements :

  • Experience : Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience as a Parking Striping Foreperson.
  • Skills : Proficient in leading parking lot striping projects, including equipment operation and quality control.
  • Knowledge : Understanding of parking lot striping processes, materials, and industry best practices.
  • Team Player : Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse striping team.
  • Safety Focus : Commitment to prioritizing safety and ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Flexibility : Willingness to work varying hours and weekends, as required by project demands.
