• Take and interpret dental X-rays.
• Apply fluoride treatments and sealants.
• Provide oral hygiene instruction and education to patients.
• Assist dentists with dental procedures as needed.
• Maintain and sterilize dental equipment.
• Document patient care accurately in electronic or paper medical records.
• Adhere to all safety and regulatory standards.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in dental hygiene through continuing education.
• Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments, including medical history review, periodontal examinations, and oral cancer screenings.
• Perform professional dental cleanings, removing plaque, calculus, and stains.
