Who are we looking for? Bilingual preferred + Previous Service Advisor / Service Writer experience, preferred + Polished and professional with a strong focus on customer satisfaction + Strong communication skillsboth verbal and written + Ability to communicate technical terms to a non-technical audience + CDK experience, a plus! + Ability to create a truly memorable experience for our customers + Ability to work well in a team environment + Outstanding attention to detail + Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record

The estimated annual earning range for this position is ($60,000 to $90,000) which includes commissions on (Commissions Ex : "Individual Sales and / or Individual Gross Profit", "Department Net") and / or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses Ex : "Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability"). Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and / or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
