Duties And Responsibilities :

• Analyze potential direct loan origination opportunities and loan participation opportunities to providers of healthcare services and owners of healthcare real estate
• Model financial projections and run sensitivity analyses to assess a firm's potential to repay its loan under various economic scenarios
• Perform financial due diligence on target companies
• Prepare loan investment approval write-ups to present to the Bank's credit committee
• Coordinate investment closings with Operations team
• Work with Portfolio Management team to monitor and track the financial performance of companies in the loan portfolio and prepare performance update memorandums
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

The pay range for this position is $90,000 (entry level qualifications) to $110,000 (highly experienced). Work is primarily conducted in an office setting while certain positions may allow for remote work through the use of technology at management discretion. While performing duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required for extended periods of time to : remain in a stationary position, use hands and fingers, utilize a computer monitor with visual acuity, operate technology or other office machinery such as printers, scanners, etc. and communicate clearly verbally and / or in writing with others.
