Sales Director – Americas
Eggplant Software, a Keysight Company, is seeking a Sales Director to spearhead our Americas sales organization and accelerate adoption of our industry‑leading Test Automation and Software Quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead & Inspire : Drive performance of the Americas direct sales team to consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets.
- Proactively Drive Growth : Create and execute strategic plans that deliver above‑market growth, ensuring your team is always ahead of the curve.
- Sales Excellence : Apply the latest best practices in forecasting and funnel management to bring rigor, predictability, and accountability to every stage of the sales process.
- Coach & Mentor : Model and teach advanced negotiation and challenger sales methodologies.
- Executive Engagement : Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders (CIO, CTO, COO, IT leaders) to align solutions with business priorities.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Partner with marketing and demand generation teams to optimize lead flow and accelerate sales cycles.
- Value Selling : Articulate the financial and strategic benefits of Keysight’s solutions to solve critical business challenges.
- Account Growth : Develop strategic account plans to ensure customer success and identify opportunities for expansion.

California pay range : MIN $317,100 - MAX $528,500
Colorado pay range : MIN $294,450 - MAX $490,750
