Job Title : CNC Machinist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Machinist to operate and set up CNC mill and lathe machines. This role involves writing and editing programs in Mastercam, managing an average of 2-5 changeovers per day for short runs, and maintaining precise tolerances of + / - .005. The Machinist will also perform basic maintenance on machines and ensure specifications are met through various operations such as drilling, grooving, cutting, turning, facing, knurling, and thread-chasing.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC mill and lathe machines.
• Write and edit programs using Mastercam.
• Manage 2-5 changeovers per day for short runs.
• Maintain tolerances of + / - .005.
• Perform basic maintenance on machines.
• Ensure specifications through drilling, grooving, cutting, and other operations.

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $70000.00 / yr.
