Warehouse Associate

Position Summary : The Warehouse Associate supports daily material handling, inventory movement, and logistics. This role includes distributing materials, managing chip scrap, operating a CNC production saw, and assisting with pickups and deliveries. The associate works closely with manufacturing and reports to the foreman.

Key Responsibilities :

Distribute material to production areas daily

Manage chip scrap and coordinate disposal

Load and unload trucks and receive in deliveries

Operate and maintain CNC production saw

Run errands, pickups, and deliveries using company truck (no CDL required)

Maintain organized warehouse and follow safety procedures

Support inventory counts and documentation

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

1+ year of warehouse or material handling experience preferred

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet throughout the day

Forklift experience preferred but not required (certification a plus). BEC will certify if needed.

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Valid driver’s license required
