Crouse’s Cardiac Catheterization Lab is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide a high level of patient care for cardiac treatment services.

Pay Range : $39.00 - $50.00 / hour.

RNs are eligible for up to a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus !

Available Schedule(s) : Monday, Friday, Rotating call & holidays, either 8 hour shifts or 10 hour shifts

Registered Nurse (RN) Position Responsibilities :

• Provides professional judgment and knowledge of roles as it pertains to the Crouse Hospital Professional Nursing Practice Model.
• Carries out duties and responsibilities per legal requirements under the Registered Nurse Scope of Practice, with emphasis on leading a culture of safe care.
• Responsible for all activities requiring assessment, planning, diagnosing, evaluating, judgment, problem-solving, creating and implementing the plan of care.
• Provides appropriate education to patients and families to promote health, facilitate rehabilitation and maintain wellness. Evaluates effectiveness and revises as appropriate.
• Monitors and evaluates patient responses to treatment / plan of care during hospital stay.
• Utilizes and engages in evidence based practice to deliver quality patient care.
• Demonstrates characteristics and skills that promote critical thinking in clinical problem solving situations.

Registered Nurse (RN) Position Requirements :

Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing preferred. Certification in a specialty area.
