A company is looking for a Director of Growth Strategy & Operations - Sales Development and Lead Generation.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the global strategy for Sales Top of Funnel programs, including lead generation
Build and optimize programs for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance lead management and conversion processes
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, GTM Operations, Marketing Strategy, or Growth
Proven ability to design and scale lead generation and sales development programs
Strong understanding of sales funnel analytics and CRM systems
Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence senior executives
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
