Overview

We're seeking a senior content strategist to help shape how businesses communicate with people on this app by developing clear, compelling, and scalable content that drives awareness, adoption, and engagement of our messaging solutions.

About You

You're a Senior Content Strategist with deep experience leading end-to-end content strategy in B2B environments, with a focus on conversational design in digital experiences. You bring a sharp business lens to content challenges, translating complex ideas into clear, scalable narratives that drive impact across enterprise audiences.

The Opportunity

In this role, you'll lead content strategy across a portfolio of high-impact, B2B event marketing projects as well as channel-specific messaging strategy and execution. You'll partner with product marketing, design, and partner teams to craft concise, actionable content that supports lifecycle experiences, including post-event opt-ins and in-product engagement. This role is not focused on long-form content, but rather on short-form, high-impact messaging that drives adoption and enhances the user journey.

Required Experience

5-7 years of content strategy experience in an agency or consultancy

3-5 years of B2B experience

Bachelor's degree—preferably related to marketing, communications, or writing / journalism

Deep familiarity with messaging and channel strategy frameworks / best practices, and audience / market research methods and tools

Deep familiarity with content and conversational design; chatbot experience a plus

Familiarity with AI's potential to augment content work; hands-on proficiency in various AI tools a plus

Experience in multicultural marketing a plus

Responsibilities

Develop content strategies for key lifecycle moments, including post-event follow-ups, onboarding, and re-engagement.

Develop content strategies that solve business and brand challenges with clear, actionable messaging.

Interview stakeholders and SMEs to gather insights and inform content development.

Partner with designers, marketing managers, and strategists to bring cohesive, user-centered solutions to life.

Align messaging with product positioning and user needs through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Create messaging frameworks, editorial calendars, content models, and publishing workflows to support scalable execution.

Write and optimize short-form content for in-product surfaces, lifecycle emails, and partner-facing touchpoints.

Tailor content for B2B audiences from SMBs to enterprise—ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact.

Structure compelling content across digital experiences such as websites, apps, and collateral, aligned to strategic goals.

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $80.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
