Salary : Great Pay $50,000-$75,000 + Performance Pay and Spiffs

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Plumbing Technician to join our team. A Technician, will act as a liaison, provide product / service information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer face with accuracy and efficiency. We are seeking a technician that is dedicated to assisting our customers. Our technicians must be patient, empathetic and respectful to our clients at all times. We are seeking a person with strong problem-solving skills and is confident at troubleshooting issues to resolve customer concerns.

Responsibilities :

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems. Type of work includes : fixtures, toilets, faucets, water heaters, soldering, and other common plumbing repairs
• Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential homes
• Handling customer queries, troubleshooting / resolving problems, responding to call-outs, and preparing cost estimates
• Sewer and drain clearing / cleaning experience
• Good communication and listening skills
