Job Summary :

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will collaborate closely with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, safe nursing care to all participants in our program under the direct supervision of a registered nurse. Your role will include coordinating care alongside RNs, Behavioral Health Specialists, Peer Recovery Specialists, and medical providers as necessary. You'll also conduct educational sessions both individually and in groups, focusing on chronic conditions, medication management, health promotion, wellness, and the appropriate use of medical services.

Qualifications :

• Completion of a licensed LPN program.
• Valid Connecticut LPN license.
• At least one year of experience in Medical / Surgical, Critical Care, Psychiatric, or Substance Abuse Treatment preferred.
• CPR certification within six months of employment.
