Your Role as Kitchen Prep / Line Cook :

  • Positions can include these stations : Prep, Salad, Grill, Roll-Up, and Expo.
  • Preparing fresh food items daily and accurately
  • Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
  • Menu and product knowledge
  • Managing orders efficiently
  • Preparing catering orders
  • Proper food handling and storage of food products
  • Maintaining / exceeding proper hygiene, uniform, and appearance
  • Maintaining / exceeding health department standards throughout each shift
  • Cleaning and maintaining kitchen, dish, and prep areas
  • Performing shift side work, including opening and closing duties
  • Completing all course certifications for kitchen team members in our training platform

    • The Ideal Team Kitchen Prep / Line Cook :

  • Experience preferred but not required - we will train you!
  • Proper knife skills
  • Ability to operate all necessary kitchen equipment
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team as necessary
  • Strong work ethic with passion and urgency
  • Dependable and reliable
  • Work flexible schedule
  • Professional, humble attitude with respect for coworkers, establishment, and the brand

    • All Employees Must :

  • Understand and abide by all company standards and policies (provided in your employee handbook)

    • Your Working Conditions / Hours :

    Hours will vary by store, but will be a combination of morning (8am-3pm), day (1pm-9pm), or evening shifts (3pm-9pm).

    You'll work in a typical restaurant kitchen environment, which includes but is not limited to using equipment such as a flattop and char grill, oven, slicer, mixer, and food processor.
