Community Growth Behavioral Health, Inc.  We provide Outpatient Behavioral Health Services to children, youth, adults, and families living in communities surrounding the Charleston, West Virginia area.

Position :

Licensed-Therapist (Independent Contractor)

"Schedule is flexible and based on the Therapist's availability"

Job Responsibilities :

Conducting and Reviewing Bio-Psychosocial Assessments

Developing and Reviewing Treatment Plans

Therapist will be working closely with Upper-Level Management

Compensation :

$600.00 for every combined Bio-Psychosocial Assessments and Treatment Plan completed.
