Responsibilities
- Prepare, revise, and finalize legal correspondence, pleadings, and documents related to Trust and Estate matters
- Manage document organization, including indexing, updating meeting materials, and maintaining spreadsheets
- Draft routine legal forms such as deposition notices and legal invoices
- Reprioritize tasks and deadlines to meet the needs of a dynamic team
- Handle confidential client and firm information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Trust and Estate planning supportAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Office SuiteExcellent attention to detail and strong proofreading skillsAbility to multitask, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and meet tight deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive mattersNice to have
