Position Title : HR Generalist

Location : Remote- North Carolina

Anticipated Start Date : 11 / 17 / 2025

Expected Duration : 1+ Year contract with possible extension

Pay Range : $46.00 / hr. on W2

Required Experience :

• 7+ years of compensation experience including experience with job evaluation and market pricing to include commercial roles
• Experience with sales incentive design needed
• Experience in broad-based compensation preferred
• Experience in a global company desirable

Position Description

This role will serve as program lead for sales compensation across Labcorps Diagnostic Division. The immediate focus will be in support of the sales incentive design process and taking inventory of the various methodologies utilized across the organization. Work will include finalizing the process for consistent market pricing review and job evaluation of sales positions in Diagnostics. The function will also advise on best practices and identify opportunities for organizational structure, job architecture, and incentive design improvements. The role will support the overall needs of Sales Compensation across the enterprise.
