Unit Overview :
Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, providing care to a diverse patient population, including :
Post-operative care for craniotomies, AVMs, and tumor resections.Spine surgeries, including cervical, thoracic, and lumbar procedures.Stroke patients managed as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program.A high volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients, along with medical overflow cases.Enjoy exposure to the latest neurosurgical techniques and cutting-edge care as part of the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII).
Your Responsibilities :

Active Registered Nurse license in the practicing state.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA.Education :
Completion of an approved nursing program.Experience :
Minimum of 1 year in clinical nursing.Skills :
Strong patient assessment and communication skills.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Experience using electronic medical record systems.Aptitude for critical decision making and leadership in patient care.Physical Requirements :
