Position Summary :

Trova Advisory Group is partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization in Elk Grove Village, IL, seeking a Replenishment Buyer to join their supply chain team. This individual will play a key role in managing procurement activities, maintaining optimal material levels for production, and supporting cross-functional operations to ensure a smooth supply flow.

This is a full-time, onsite position offering stability, growth potential, and a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage daily and weekly replenishment activities to sustain appropriate stock levels.
• Monitor product demand and usage trends to forecast inventory needs.
• Maintain and track open purchase orders, ensuring timely deliveries and issue resolution.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms with suppliers to optimize cost and performance.
• Collaborate with warehouse and production planning teams on material flow and availability.
• Review supply plans and adjust as needed to meet production schedules.
• Report on inventory variances, excess materials, and slow-moving stock.
• Analyze supplier performance and inventory data to drive process improvements.
• Provide occasional administrative support, including front desk coverage when required.
