What You’ll Do
Review and update resident service plans in line with State requirements.Supervise nursing services and implement wellness programs.Conduct assessments with the Family Service Coordinator for new residents.Train and orient staff on wellness procedures and provide in-services.Monitor at-risk residents and create risk management plans.Oversee medication setup and delivery systems.Respond to resident emergencies and document care provided.What We’re Looking For
Licensed Nurse : LPN licensed in (list the state)Experience : At least 1 year working with seniors preferred.Skills : Strong knowledge of medications, senior health factors, and clinical practices.Agemark, we take care of our team members just as you care for our residents.
