Job Description

The opportunity

This role will report to Head of Investigation, Claim in implementing field check with client’s family or neighbor to very information, checking document requirement, prepare pending letter / payment letter / declined letter and follow up progress of implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Check document requirement, prepare pending letter / payment letter / declined letter and follow up progress of implementation.
  • Contact doctors / hospitals or other persons / organizations to verify information to make claims decisions.
  • Implement field check with client’s family or neighbor to very information.
  • Update information investigated on system and claim file.
  • Settle minor claims within authority limit.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, including Business / Management, Economics, Law, Medicine, or Police.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with various job professionals, witnesses, the insurance organization, or claimants so as to conduct investigations.
  • Strong negotiation skills to liaise with solicitors and negotiate payment.
  • Thorough knowledge of insurance law.
  • Good organizational and time management skills to work effectively even under pressure, and also to complete tasks within a given timeframe.
  • Willing to travel for investigation in provinces.
