Elevate Healthcare Consultants is seeking an experienced Dentist for an immediate placement. This position is due to a provider leaving and will commence from Oct/Nov continuing into the New Year. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 8a-5p with no call. The patient age range is 30-55 with an evenly spread male/female demographic. The number of patients per provider per shift is 24-26. Our supportive team consists of 2 other DDS and a 3-4 RDH team, both top performers with years of practice behind them. Additionally, we have a floating Periodontist. The procedures required for this position include Fillings, Crowns, Extractions, and Hyg. Checks. Preference will be given to those capable of performing Root canal and Molar Endo but these are not mandatory. Credentialing takes 14 days. Travel and Lodging can be covered.
