Job Title : Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team in Fort Wayne. The role involves performing preventive and reactive maintenance on a variety of equipment including conveyors, palletizing and wrapping machines, bag sealers, filler machines, blow molds, and mixing machines. You will also be responsible for the maintenance of label printers, pipes, valves, forklifts, and general facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
• Work on conveyors, palletizing / wrapping machines, bag sealers, filler machines, blow molds, and mixing machines.
• Maintain and repair label printers, pipes, valves, and forklifts.
• Conduct facilities maintenance as required.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for Sundays, providing maintenance support as needed.

Work Environment

This role offers 2nd and 3rd shift openings. The 2nd shift operates from Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm, and the 3rd shift from Monday night to Friday night, 9pm to 5 : 30am. Enjoy a collaborative environment where team members support each other, with the opportunity for overtime as needed. The company provides a challenging yet rewarding work atmosphere, focusing on mechanical and electrical maintenance within a production setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Wayne, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00 / hr.
