Position Summary

As Marketing Project Manager within the New Developments Division, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of high-profile residential, mixed-use, and master planned communities. This role serves as the primary execution lead for all client workoverseeing development timelines, driving marketing initiatives, and supporting sales performance from concept through completion.

You will work alongside a team of industry leaders in real estate, market research, marketing, product development,

and sales, gaining exposure to some of the regions most exciting developments. This position empowers you to bring ideas forward, collaborate across teams, coordinate vendors, and make a measurable impact within a growing division. Reporting to the Executive Director of New Developments, the Marketing Project Manager ensures all projects are fully articulated in scope, delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and brand excellence.

What Youll Do

  • Ensure effective communication and seamless project execution, serving as the main point of contact and accountability for campaign deployment for multiple new development clients.
  • Manage all aspects of new development projects, including scope of work (SOW), campaign timelines, deliverables, client reporting, vendor management, and maintaining dynamic marketing budgets.
  • Perform market research to identify key vendors to serve campaign strategy; solicit and compare proposals, make recommendations, and onboard solution providers.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams, sales teams, and third-party vendors to produce impactful marketing content, writing briefs, collecting client feedback, and ensuring brand alignment.
  • Lead daily project check-ins, assign workloads across creative and sales resources, and ensure all content is reviewed and approved before release.
  • Manage CRM platforms, including client onboarding, sales team training, and project communications.
  • Proactively analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization and improved ROI for

clients.

  • Coordinate events, including briefs, scope, schedule, and budget, and manage all related logistics accordingly.
  • Ability to travel to various project locations and work autonomously with vendors, clients, sales team members, and divisional leadership as reasonably required, including evenings and weekends from time to time on a flexible schedule.
  • Provide weekly or bi-weekly reports to clients on sales activity, marketing efforts, budgets, and milestones; schedule and lead client meetings with agendas and status updates.
  • What You Bring

  • 5+ years of project management, marketing, or real estate experience (preferably within new development or luxury real estate).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and CRM platforms is important.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft briefs, review creative, and present to clients.
  • A steady tone of professionalism and effectiveness during dynamic market and client relationships.
  • Financial acumen to manage budgets, invoices, and reporting.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker who collaborates effectively with graphic designers, copywriters, and photo / video
  • production specialists.

  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating within a cross-functional team environment.
  • A WA State Real Estate license is preferred but not required.
  • Compensation & Benefits

    The salary range for this role is $99,516-$134,640, with a final offer based on the candidates experience and skills. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a project bonus plan tied to project closing results.

    RSIR offers comprehensive benefits after a 60-day waiting period including medical, dental, vision, and supplemental coverage; paid time off (PTO); paid holidays; bereavement pay; paid community service time. In addition, we offer participation in a 401(k) retirement plan with company match after 6 months of employment.

    Work Environment & Expectations

    This position is an exempt, full-time role based in the Seattle / Bellevue, WA region, and is ineligible for overtime. Standard office hours are MondayFriday, 8 : 30 a.m.5 : 00 p.m. The role operates on a hybrid schedule, combining remote work with on-site days as approved by the manager.
