Job Summary

As a key player in our nursing program, you will :

• Administer nursing services in a long-term care facility, ensuring the highest standards of resident care.
• Optimize the geriatric care process to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Oversee the quality of care provided by our dedicated nursing personnel.
• Advise medical staff and department heads on nursing strategies and services.
• Monitor nursing operations to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Schedule staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Provide nursing care to residents as needed.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing activities and community events.
