Position Summary
The Scheduler will be responsible for leadership, coordination, and communication of the scheduling & planning process for the CIRCOR Corona site. Will work closely with Order management, Manufacturing and Purchasing team to identify customer shipment requirements and reconcile product-line demand.
Responsibilities
Principal Activities
- Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS), within capacity constraints, and in support of the operating plan, to achieve on-time shipments to customers and established financial targets
- Process improvement of the scheduling process
- Anticipate and drive correction collaboratively with Purchasing Manager / Production Manager for schedule attainment problems with Supply Chain from causes such as vendor shortages, production inefficiencies and customer changes
- Manage the schedule for production and all deliverables. Manage change orders and field interface
- To align the Master Production Schedule and SIOP forecast to ensure the plan is tracking to the perpetual internal and external needs of market demand
- Support and expand on all opportunities to level load the plan to drive improvements in inventory, fulfillment, cycle time, capacity management and growth
- Utilize ERP system to manage material flow and work prioritization
- Ensure material flow to the production line without material shortage and with appropriate inventory level
- Manage and influence order commitment activities ensuring all goals are achieved
- Provide strong interface between Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Commercial Operations to reduce all costs and cycle times
- Manages data accuracy and data integrity, including master data for planning and PFEP
- Extract data from the ERP system, dissect, and present information to aid in critical business decisions

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field in lieu of experience.CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) certification or similar industry recognized certification is strongly preferred.Desired 1-3 years of experience in scheduling, planning, or supply chain management within the aerospace manufacturing industry.Proven experience with data analytics and the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive decision-making.Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.PAY RANGE : $72,000.00- $85,000.00.
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
