Position Summary

As an Audit Partner, you will play a pivotal role in leading our audit engagements, fostering client relationships, and mentoring high-performing teams. You will oversee complex audits for clients across various industries ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations for commercial clients, ensuring compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and other regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building long-term relationships, identifying opportunities for additional services, and providing strategic business advice.
• Drive growth by pursuing new client opportunities, expanding existing relationships, and contributing to the firm's market presence.
• Mentor and develop audit professionals, foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning while overseeing team performance and engagement quality.
• Ensure audit engagements meet the firm's quality standards and comply with professional and regulatory guidelines, including AICPA and PCAOB standards where applicable.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to shape the audit practice's strategy, innovate service delivery, and enhance operational efficiency.
