Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or Business mandatory.
  • 5+ years' experience in accounting / financial management – particularly budgeting and planning and management reporting – preferred.
  • 2–4 years' experience implementing at least one Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system (e.g., Adaptive Planning, Host Analytics, Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion) preferred.
  • Advanced or expert proficiency in Excel, in particular designing and building complex financial planning models.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Aptitude for learning new technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle a variety of different projects simultaneously and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Organized, thorough, process-driven.
  • Previous consulting experience is ideal.
