Summary:
Count, correct, and maintain accurate inventory. Assist managers in all tasks associated with maintaining inventory accurately. Ability to perform routine office support, assistance and clerical work. Willingness to perform any related work task as designated by the supervisor that may include manual and/or repetitive tasks in support of administration.
Primary Duties:
- Count Inventory and enter pertinent data on the computer
- Maintain an accurate inventory count
- Administrative support with departments with inventory issues
- Demonstrate the ability to complete the following levels:
Level 3
- Receiving pallets, transferring pallets, wrapping pallets, and filling empty locations
- Identifying safety hazards
- Pack lanes
- Adjusting counts
- Pull shop orders
- Replenishing empty locations
- Being able to identify and fix errors on the 260 report
Non-Essential Duties:
- Run inventory associated reports
- Identify parts with issues
- Help process shop orders in IFS
- Perform miscellaneous duties as requested by supervisor
- Building cleanliness
Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of two (2) years related office experience and / or training relevant to inventory control
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job
