Summary :
Count, correct and maintain accurate inventory. Assist managers in all tasks associated with maintaining inventory accurately. Ability to perform routine office support, assistance and clerical work. Willingness to perform any related work task as designated by supervisor that may include manual and / or repetitive tasks in support of administration.
Primary Duties :
- Count Inventory and enter pertinent data on computer
- Maintain an accurate inventory count
- Administrative support with departments with inventory issues
- Demonstrate and ability to complete the below levels :
Level 3
Receiving pallets, transferring pallets, wrapping pallets, and filling empty locationsIdentifying safety hazardsPack lanesAdjusting countsPull shop ordersReplenishing empty locationsBeing able to identify and fix errors on the 260 reportNon-Essential Duties :
Run inventory associated reportsIdentify parts with issuesHelp process shop orders in IFSPerform miscellaneous duties as requested by supervisorBuilding cleanlinessExperience :
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Minimum of two (2) years related office experience and / or training relevant to inventory controlOr equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job
