Major Duties And Responsibilities

Manage Shop with 4+ Trucks Promotes strong team culture and morale Supports management team and company objectives Manages and orders all necessary materials to ensure projects stay on schedule Stages materials for the following workday each afternoon Brings materials to job sites when crews need additional supplies Maintains a clean and organized shop for a smooth workflow Oversees maintenance and repairs for vehicles and equipment and keeps record of all work completed Keeps track of tool checkouts and replacements, including items lost or damaged. Uphold safety culture for the team Training up to date for all team members

Shop Supervisor Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in exterior construction work
• A positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Interest in growing with the company
• Willingness to work overtime
• Be a team player
• A desire to establish a positive work culture
• OSHA certification and / or ladder safety training preferred
• Previous experience specifically related to gutter services and installation, and a passion for all things gutters!

Compensation

$55,000 - $75,000
