Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound warm leads from pet parents interested in pet insurance policies

Educate customers on policy details, coverage options, and benefits, guiding them through enrollment

Meet and exceed enrollment targets while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations

Required Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty Insurance license in the home state

2+ years of insurance sales experience preferred

2+ years of customer service experience

Ability to obtain and maintain non-resident licensure in all 50 U.S. states

Tech-savvy with the ability to use multiple systems for customer interactions
