Position Summary :

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive and compassionate care to patients and their families. This role encompasses independent, collaborative, and delegated nursing functions in alignment with professional standards and unit-specific competencies. The RN delivers care across the lifespan, including neonates, infants, children, young adults, adults, and older adults.

Responsibilities :

Perform comprehensive assessments, develop nursing diagnoses, identify outcomes, and create individualized plans of care.

Implement and evaluate nursing interventions to ensure safe, high-quality, and patient-centered outcomes.

Coordinate interdisciplinary care and delegate tasks appropriately to ensure continuity and efficiency.

Actively engage in shared decision-making and accountability for nursing practices.

Promote and maintain a professional, supportive, and safe environment of care.

Demonstrate leadership by participating in quality improvement initiatives and enhancing nursing standards within the department.

Foster excellent communication, collaboration, and advocacy to promote outstanding patient experiences.

Qualifications :

Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.

Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Commitment to teamwork, patient advocacy, and professional development.
