Reuter-Stokes' Senior Sourcing Staff Manager is instrumental in achieving overall profitability of the company through continuous improvement of the supplier base, cost-value proposition, and implementation of end-to-end supplier due diligence processes and procedures from NPI to product release processes. This person will maintain and develop relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts collaborating internally and externally anticipating our supply chain needs as our team grows. We rely on this critical leader to evaluate and analyze global trends to optimize our supply chain, lead time, and cost opportunities. This person will set and meet department goals and is responsible for the overall sourcing budget and planning process. Extensive knowledge of sourcing and supply chain management processes is required. This position may require up to 25% travel annually both domestic and international.
