We are looking for a friendly, organized, patient-centered individual to join our team as a Patient Coordinator — someone who will be the first impression and ongoing advocate for our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities :
Greet patients and families, answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with inquiriesSchedule appointments, confirm upcoming visits, manage appointment remindersCheck patients in and out, collect necessary paperwork and consentsVerify and update patient insurance and demographic informationEstimate treatment costs, discuss payment options, and collect payments / co-paymentsCoordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flowAssist with tracking follow-up visits, referral coordination, and treatment plan schedulingHelp maintain a patient-friendly environment (waiting room, informational materials, etc.)Address patient / family concerns or questions; escalate issues when neededParticipate in continuous improvement efforts : help refine office systems, workflows, and patient communicationPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by managementQualifications :
Previous experience in dental, medical, or healthcare office administrative roles preferredStrong customer service orientation — ability to interact kindly and professionally with children, parents, and staffExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organization and attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentHigh school diploma required; additional certification or training a plusComprehensive Benefits Package :
