Client Service Associate

Position Overview
Our client is seeking a bilingual (English and Spanish) Client Service Associate to join its Houston office. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive support to one or more Wealth Managers while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. The Client Service Associate serves as a key point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams, and plays a critical role in supporting daily operational and administrative functions while adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to Wealth Managers in servicing client accounts
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Open and maintain client accounts in accordance with firm and regulatory requirements
- Execute investment buy and sell orders as directed
- Analyze account reports and take appropriate action on behalf of client accounts
- Prepare and process client documentation, including account forms and disclosures
- Process money movements, including journals and wire transfers
- Maintain accurate and organized client files and records
- Answer incoming calls and assist with general client service needs
- Support additional ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with clients in a financial services environment
- 35 years of securities industry experience required
- Fluency in Spanish required
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Strong understanding of financial services operations and client service processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage competing deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team
- Comfortable exercising judgment and making decisions in compliance with corporate and regulatory guidelines
