Regional Sales Director Clinical Development and Services - Clinical, North America
Position Summary : The Regional Sales Director Clinical Specialty and Supply (CSS- Clinical) leads a team of Account Managers / Directors collectively responsible for selling all of Clinical Services within the CSS Segment. The Regional Sales Director is accountable for achieving Revenue, Sales, Quotes and Funnel goals for the region and for ensuring the staffing, engagement, and development of the individuals within the team. The Regional Sales Director is the primary point-of-contact for customers of Clinical Services within this territory. The Regional Sales Director CSS, NA reports directly to the Vice President of Business Development- NA. Account Managers / Directors report to the Regional Sales Director Clinical, NA. The Regional Sales Director role is critical to our patients. As this person is the primary person to interact with our clients who we support to deliver critical therapies with patient safety in mind, executing with efficiency always. Quality, safety and on-time delivery is a must to be successful in this role!

Pay : The annual pay range for this position in New Jersey is $135,000 - $220,000. The annual pay range for this position in Maryland is $146,790 - $224,200. The final salary offered to a successful candidate may vary, and will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to : the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, skillset, education, business needs, etc.
