We are seeking a skilled Project Engineering Manager to oversee the design, development, and installation of cutting-edge electrical control and automation systems tailored for the security industry. In this dynamic role, you will lead and ensure the successful delivery of security systems while coordinating effectively with customers, subcontractors, and internal resources. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards and a focus on client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead design and implementation of hardware and software systems for standard projects.
- Create and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate clear communication with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Coordinate multiple concurrent projects, maintaining organization and focus.
- Ensure accurate documentation of systems throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide training on implemented control systems as needed.
- Troubleshoot and support new and existing customer control systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align project activities and resources.
- Maintain budgets effectively to achieve positive financial outcomes.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards in all aspects of work.
- Engage in hands-on field presence during system implementation.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (preferred).Proven project management experience (required).Documented history of leading multiple projects for at least two years.Experience managing engineering staff and direct reports.Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.Proficient in communication across all management levels.Familiarity with Allen-Bradley, Omron, or other PLCs.Knowledge of Wonderware Intouch or similar HMI software.Understanding of Ethernet networks and networking principles.Experience with AutoCAD or similar software.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access).Creative and resourceful in finding solutions to complex problems.Able to work well both independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Dedicated to customer service and client satisfaction.Willingness to work in a hands-on environment.Comprehensive Benefits :
