As a Relationship Support Associate with CGAN, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client and advisor experiences while collaborating closely with our team of Financial Advisors and Relationship Managers. You will contribute to our rapidly growing, multi-custodial organization and help drive operational excellence in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Accurately process advisor and client requests and maintain organized records.
- Collaborate with financial advisors, relationship managers, and internal consulting teams to support advisor firms and client needs.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings professionally and efficiently.
- Respond to and direct incoming inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Complete and manage various documents and forms in a timely manner.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency across custodial and platform functions.
- Navigate custodial platforms, CRM systems, and internal technologies effectively.
- Exercise critical thinking and initiative to proactively solve problems and complete tasks.
- Support CGAN’s advisor-growth efforts by assisting with KPI tracking, business metrics, and operational effectiveness.

Associates degree or higher in business, finance, accounting, or related field.Financial services industry designationsExperience with Salesforce, Orion, or custodial platforms such as LPL or Axos.Knowledge of a variety of financial products.Series 6, 7, 65, or 66 licenses.familiarity with multi-custodial, open architecture platforms.Our Core Values
