Reviews diagnosis coding patient status items for completeness and accuracy

Identifies needs for additional documentation and communicates with care center leadership

Required Qualifications

Must have HCS-D or BCHH-C ICD-10 certification

Preferred : One year home health ICD-10 coding experience
