Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• 0-3 years of experience in HR operations or HR systems
• Basic understanding of HR processes, payroll, and employee lifecycle management
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
