UX Researcher

A company is looking for a UX Researcher to influence cloud infrastructure development through human-centered research.

Key Responsibilities

Determine and apply mixed methods research to distill complex data into actionable insights

Drive research that defines customer needs and informs product strategy

Conduct UX testing and analyze user behavior patterns for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant fields with corresponding User Experience Research experience

2+ years experience in mixed methods studies such as surveys and telemetry analyses

Ability to meet security screening requirements

Equivalent experience may be considered

Preferred : Doctorate in relevant fields with additional User Experience Research experience
