Riverton, Utah | Full-Time / Part-Time | Hybrid (In-Person + Telehealth)

Renova Wellness & Consulting is an integrative mental health and wellness practice dedicated to helping individuals heal, restore, and renew. We specialize in trauma recovery (e.g., PTSD, CPTSD) and provide evidence-based care for anxiety, depression, pain, panic disorders, and related conditions.

Our team is guided by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and trauma-informed approaches, with a focus on values-driven, empowering care. We are especially committed to serving trauma survivors, military personnel, veterans, and first responders.

Compensation

  • Annual potential : $70,000 – $109,000+ based on caseload and schedule
  • Bonus opportunities for bringing new clients or contributing to practice growth

    • Responsibilities

  • Provide individual (and optional couples / family) therapy using ACT and other evidence-based modalities and interventions
  • Treat clients with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and related concerns
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support holistic wellness
  • Participate in team consultation, training, and professional development

    • Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • Current Utah license (LCSW, LMFT, CMHC) or provisionally licensed
  • EMDR or comparable training required
  • Training or interest in ACT and trauma-informed care
  • Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to collaborative, client-centered practice
