Radiology - Imaging Physician

Facility Location : Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital 155 Glasson Way, Grass Valley, CA 95945 in Building 4 (outpatient building)

Setting : Outpatient Clinic

Duties : Reading studies of all modalities in addition to diagnostic mammograms with breast biopsies

Required Procedures :

Read Mammo, PET and perform breast biopsies

EMR : Cerner

Support Staff : Radiology techs, US techs, other support staff

Reason for Coverage : Resignation of Radiologist

• Board Certified HIGHLY PREFERRED or Board Eligible
• State License CA REQUIRED
• Residency Requirements / Fellowship Residency REQUIRED No specific fellowship. Ability to perform diagnostic mammograms and biopsies
• Other Certifications BLS / ACLS and DEA required during credentialing REQUIRED
• 100% Clean Malpractice and Background REQUIRED
• Availability at time of name clear REQUIRED
