As a Sr. Systems Analyst focused on Metadata Management, you will help drive the backlog for enterprise metadata management within Collibra. You'll lead requirements gathering across business and technical teams, define and prioritize enhancements, and oversee the creation and maintenance of metadata policies. Partnering with data stewards and system owners, you'll ensure metadata is accurately documented, mapped, and curated-enabling scalable governance and improved data discoverability. You'll also play a key role in change management and user enablement, supporting enterprise-wide adoption of Collibra through training, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

As a Sr. Systems Analyst, you will...

• Lead Metadata Governance and Policy Development : Drive the creation, documentation, and maintenance of metadata policies within Collibra. Collaborate with data stewards and business stakeholders to ensure metadata standards are aligned with enterprise governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Own Requirements Gathering and Backlog Management : Serve as the functional lead for metadata initiatives by gathering business requirements, defining user stories, and managing the backlog for enhancements and integrations. Translate stakeholder needs into actionable roadmap items and prioritize delivery in partnership with technical teams.
• Enable Enterprise Metadata Adoption and Stewardship : Champion the adoption of Collibra across the organization by curating metadata, mapping business definitions to technical assets, and supporting user training and change management. Ensure metadata remains accurate, discoverable, and valuable for analytics, compliance, and decision-making.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge / skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
