  • Job Summary :

We are searching for a caring individual to join us as a Transportation / Meaningful Day staff member in Anne Arundel. This role involves providing transportation services and organizing engaging activities for individuals with intellectual and / or physical disabilities. The position requires the ability to pass a background check, lift at least 50lbs, and work Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm with a pay rate of $21 per hour.

  • Qualifications :
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record
  • Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with diverse groups
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Responsibilities :
  • Safely transport individuals with intellectual and / or physical disabilities to various activities and appointments
  • Plan and lead meaningful activities to promote engagement and well-being
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure proper maintenance
  • Accurately document transportation services and relevant information
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, and individuals to ensure a positive experience
