Member Engagement Specialist - Hannibal MO

Our client, a financial services organization dedicated to community support and member satisfaction, is seeking a Member Engagement Specialist to join their team. As a Member Engagement Specialist, you will be part of the Member Services Department supporting customer engagement and branch operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to member service, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Member Engagement Specialist - Hannibal MO

Location : Hannibal, MO

Pay Range : $15.85 - $19.82

Shift : M-F 7am - 3 : 30pm (No nights or weekends)

What's the Job?

  • Assist members with opening new accounts, closing loan requests, and explaining credit union products and services
  • Perform teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
  • Provide excellent customer service and conduct follow-up calls to members
  • Cross-sell products and educate members on loan options and financial services
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity in all member account transactions and balance reconciliation

What's Needed?

  • High School diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in credit union or banking environment preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a professional environment
