Job Description
We are seeking an Experienced Paralegal to become a part of our personal injury team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' litigation needs, primarily in the areas of motor vehicle accidents and medical malpractice.
Responsibilities :
- Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents, including written discovery and settlement demands
- Conduct research to support legal proceedings
- Monitor and ensure compliance with case deadlines and state and federal statutes
- Record and store client information
