Now Hiring : Skilled Shop Laborer

We are seeking candidates to join our team as skilled shop laborers. This role involves polishing, grinding, and finishing metal fabrications and welds using power tools and reading detailed blueprints. While previous polishing experience is not required, candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail and interest in joining the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Polish finished metal fabrications using power tools.
  • Support other departments such as assembly, welding, and machining.
  • Show versatility within the shop and a passion for tasks performed.
  • Listen to and follow directions effectively.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency with power tools.
  • Previous experience with autobody or automotive repair and / or metalworking.
  • Familiarity with grinding, polishing, deburring, and metal finishing techniques beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints.

    • Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00 / hr.
